After a recent hospital stay, Ms. Becky’s was advised by one of our trusted partners, WellMed of Las Colinas, to consider a Skilled Nursing Facility for rehabilitation. She had previously been in another SNF but was dissatisfied with the care, leading her to leave early and return home. When her health needs required more comprehensive support, she arrived at Hollymead seeking a different experience where a dedicated team could help her regain her independence and achieve her recovery goals.

Upon arriving at Hollymead, Ms. Becky’s was coping with anemia and fractures in her left hip and wrist. Despite these significant health challenges, she demonstrated remarkable self-motivation and commitment to her recovery.
