Telemedicine/telehealth
iDocsWeb was designed specifically to meet the telemedicine needs of skilled nursing facilities. We can arrange virtual medical visits with your provider and can include family members in these visits. For our home health and hospice patients, various telehealth devices may be used to help monitor the patient remotely.
Ambassador rounding
Designated team members – sometimes referred to as Resident Ambassadors or Guardian Angels – are assigned to subgroups of patients as extra support for residents and families.
Virtual town halls and family meetings
Executive Directors host regular Zoom meetings and calls to give families ongoing updates.
Virtual visitation, phone calls, and window visits
The prolonged visitor restrictions are difficult for everyone. While visitation guidelines still vary depending on state and/or county location, we are happy to arrange a virtual visit via Zoom, FaceTime, or our telehealth portal, as well as coordinate phone calls with your loved one to help you stay connected.
